Hello, there!

I’m Breanna LaTondre Helms, a part-time potter and full-time architect in Roanoke, Virginia. I’ve been practicing ceramics since 2017 and have only gotten more obsessed as time goes on.

I started teaching intro classes with Common Clay Collective back in 2022 and it has been an absolute JOY! This opportunity has fueled my passion for the craft and I love being able to share that with my students.

I specialize in handmade, functional pottery thrown on the wheel. My favorite thing to make is dinnerware. I truly believe that food tastes better when you eat it on something handmade. Hope you agree!
